Mick Wiskerchen is a seasoned executive, investor, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of leadership experience across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups. As Co-Founder of Scale Navigators, a boutique consulting firm, he specializes in aggressively scaling hyper-growth companies, leading them to successful exits and transformational growth.

Mick has held executive and board roles at Micron Technology, ClickBank, The Boeing Company, AT&T Wireless (IPO), and numerous early-to-mid-stage companies. His expertise spans corporate strategy, operations, revenue growth, and capital scaling, having served as Founder, CEO, COO, CGO/CRO, and Strategic Advisor to high-impact ventures.

A respected leader in economic development and venture capital, Mick has played key roles as Chairman of VentureCapital.Org - ID, Co-Founder of the Treasure Valley CFO Forum, Chairman of the Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP), and an appointed Economic Development Advisor to the Idaho Governor’s Office. He also serves as a board member of the Idaho AgTech Council and the College of Western Idaho.

Outside of work, Mick enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether on a mountain, sandy beach, golf course, ball game, or exploring the world.
