Dr. Sidni L. Shorter is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), dedicated to empowering businesses and fostering economic growth. As President and CEO of the Utah Black Chamber of Commerce, she champions initiatives that create access to capital, investment opportunities, and resources for minority and women-led businesses.
Sidni is the former owner and CEO of ExecuteNow!, a finance and accounting firm that provided affordable financial services to nonprofits and small-to-mid-sized organizations. Under her leadership, the company developed and implemented national programs aimed at addressing systemic barriers to capital for underserved entrepreneurs.
A servant leader and social entrepreneur, Sidni is committed to building relationships and driving meaningful change. Her work focuses on economic empowerment, equitable funding access, and business development, ensuring that diverse entrepreneurs have the tools they need to succeed.
Sidni holds a Doctorate in Biblical Psychology, a Master’s in Theology, and two Bachelor’s degrees in Behavioral Science and Theology. As a Licensed Christian Therapist, she believes that great leaders are lifelong learners and exceptional listeners.
As an advisory board member of the Senatus Fund, Sidni brings her expertise in business strategy, DEI, and financial accessibility to support diverse and overlooked founders.
